There are lots of things you can do to help you transition through menopause. The key with all of the below advice is to make small and sustainable changes, don’t try to do everything at once but incorporate one small change and stick with it, before moving on to the next. If you try and do too much at once, this will not be conducive to all the stress your body is already under with these changes.
You might find it helpful to track in your phone or in a journal how this change makes you feel and how easy you are finding it to stick to it. All of these recommendations might not work for you, but all have some science behind them and some will definitely help you to feel better and perhaps a little more in control of some of the symptoms associated with menopause.
