Period Products

When using period products, it is important to look after yourself by reading the instructions carefully. Using a period product that matches your flow is incredibly important (this might change during your period, particularly if you have a couple of heavy days at the beginning and lighter days towards the end). Follow the instructions regarding how often to change period products – particularly those which are internal such as tampons and menstrual cups.
